b. Exhibit leadership by demonstrating a vision of technology infusion, participating in shared decision making and community building, and developing the leadership and technology skills of others
c. Evaluate and reflect on current research and professional practice on a regular basis to make effective use of existing and emerging digital tools and resources in support of student learning

Reflections: I would like to work with the other English teachers in my district more. I already do this some but it was a required training. I see great benefit of the more seasoned teachers sharing wisdom and the freshmen teaching the old dogs new tricks. There is a back and forth that was extremely useful in this training and I would like to see it continue. We could use webpages, blogs, or Google Docs. Another great way would be through Dropbox.

Future Learning Goal: I plan on continuing to collaborate with the other English teachers in my district in order to grow professionally. I also will be choosing a book to read each semester to grow as a teacher, whether it be on classroom management, motivation, or something else. I would like to begin using file sharing software to more easily collaborate with the other teachers on assignments or lessons.
